As a recruiter, you recruit the brilliant people who will make the world a bit more beautiful in the fight against financial crime. Or you recruit clever minds who help companies to estimate and limit financial risks. You work together with our professionals to really appeal to candidates from the content. You are responsible for all recruitment activities, and the entire candidate experience. This includes:
- Writing and designing job listings;
- assessment of applications and interviews;
- maintaining and extending talent pools;
- strategic input on recruitment channels and employment branding.
And you do not only address that in Dutch, but also in fluent English.
We are a team of over 40 ambitious individuals, almost all of whom have a quantitative background in econometrics, mathematics or physics. Mutual social contacts and an informal working atmosphere with a lot of individual freedom are important to us. You quickly become part of our close-knit team. With a growing team and ambitious plans, we now need a recruiter for the first time. Someone we can rely on.

Start of the day
08:30 - 09:30You start up your day with a cup of coffee and a chat with your colleagues
Meeting: Day Start
09:30 - 10:00The day starts with a short meeting on all things that still need to be picked up
10:00 - 12:00In the morning, you work through your to-do list of recruitment activities
12:00 - 13:00Together with your colleagues you enjoy the sun in our garden and eat your lunch
13:00 - 16:00In the afternoon you focus on new recruitment channels, and other opportunities to increase outreach
16:00 - 17:30At the end of the day, you have a meeting with the management team about the current status, staffing and upcoming events
