How you
describe yourself

  • A completed study in higher education. Experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Experience with employer branding, Talent Sourcing, ATS and the recruitment of scarce; profiles, such as Quants, Financial profiles or IT profiles at Master or PhD level with work experience
  • You are strong in locating and approaching the right people, in a personal way, and you maintain long-term relationships with your network
  • You fulfill a central role in the organization and you know how to enthuse people
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in Dutch and English
  • You are available for 32+ hours a week

You are responsible for all recruitment activities, and the entire candidate experience. This includes:

  • Writing and designing job listings;
  • assessment of applications and interviews;
  • maintaining and extending talent pools;
  • strategic input on recruitment channels and employment branding.

And you do not only address that in Dutch, but also in fluent English.

We are a team of over 40 ambitious individuals, almost all of whom have a quantitative background in econometrics, mathematics or physics.     The day starts with a short meeting on all things that still need to be picked up

    In the morning, you work through your to-do list of recruitment activities

The recruitment team screens your application on the basis of a CV, motivation letter and list of grades. Do we look like a good match on paper? Then the recruitment team will contact you within 2 days.

Introductory meeting
Match? Then we would like to welcome you to the office. We would love to get to know you through an introductory meeting

Second interview
If the introductory meeting was a success, we would like to plan a second interview with two of our consultants. You will be given a case interview if deemed necessary in the introductory meeting.
